Mountaineering education

Mountaineering Assistant Instructor Course of HFMC, Mountaineering Instructor Course of HFMC, Trainer of Mountaineering and Climbing Course of HFMC/GSS.

Kostas started mountaineering activities at 1983. In 1992 he finished the mountaineering instructor and trainer courses of HFMC and in 1994 became mountain guide and member of HMGA.

He has climbed routes or open new ones in all Greek mountains, in summer and winter. He has climbed also in Alps, Dolomites, Tatras, Himalaya, Pamir, Andes.

He is an active mountaineering instructor for many years.

He lives in Nafplion, Peloponnese.

He speaks English.
